i’ve officially been living at home for a little over a week now.
i’m still so happy to be here!
i miss j and nc (okay, parts of nc) terribly but i love being able to stop by my grandparent’s house whenever i want, get barq’s root beer on the regs (for whatever reason it’s hard to find in nc) and be apart of the hustle and bustle that is inevitable while living up north.
here are little recap of my first week back at home:
one morning it was beastly cold.
i had to wear a jacket.

so wrong.
(also, leo is an expert at photo bombing!)
got bangs!
and i love them.
had this bomb breakfast with my fam on saturday morning.
it was impossible to eat it all and i totally had every intention of bringing it home to share with leo but i left it in the hot car for too long.
dang it.
my grandparents always have flowers everywhere in the summer so my mom and i helped make this little beauty.
i’m quite fond of it!
i’ve also unpacked all my stuff, gone out for coffee at least half a dozen times, met up with a bunch of friends, snuck into my cousin’s dance show, did some shopping and…
GOT A JOB AT STARBUCKS!!!!
this is very exciting news. i was a barista for a small cafe in nc for a while and absolutely loved it.
not so much the owners but i really loved making coffee.
totally stoked.
today is my first day so wish me luck!
