strawberries and cream pudding cookies recipe

hey hey hey!
happy saturday!
there are few things i love more than staying in bed with my boys until early afternoon and the weekends are the only time we can do that.
love my weekends.

last night we had a big party in honor of our houseguests and i made the most delicious strawberry and cream pudding cookies for it.
i found the recipe on the wonderful pinterest and i’m so glad i came across it.

without further ado:
strawberries and cream pudding cookies
1 c butter–softened
2 T strawberry jello
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla extract
1 (3.5 oz) white chocolate instant pudding package
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 bag white chocolate chips

cream butter, sugar and jello together.
(i forgot to take a picture of this step…oops!)
add eggs and vanilla. mix well.
the mix is a lovely shade of pink!
mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and instant pudding mix together in a separate bowl.
add the flour mix to the pretty pink mix a little at a time until all combined.
next, fold in the white chocolate chips.
finally, bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
and enjoy!

this recipe was a huge hit and the best part it…it made 4 1/2 dozen cookies!
when baking for marines, the more the better!

i highly recommend this recipe. it rocked.
maybe i’ll add a mix of white and milk chocolate chips next time.

hope your saturday is off to a great start!

backyard bonfires with my boys ❤ if you know me, one of the best words to describe me is "busy". i spend my days constantly running from one activity to the next. even though i love all that i'm doing, it's still easy to feel burnt out. especially with the holiday season so quickly approaching, i'm making it my intention so slow down. take a few deep breaths. sit and listen to the rain. treat myself to a coffee at my favorite cafe. get to a yoga class. make time to be still.
you can't pour from an empty cup. how will you fill yours today? all i want to do is love on him but all he wants to do is hunt down the squirrels 😀
