sunday social!

hi friends!
sorry i’m not sorry for the lack of posts this week.
with j gone i’m trying my best to keep out of the house and stay busy!
hopefully i’ll be posting a little more regularly soon!

without further ado…

Sunday Social
1. what is your ideal way to relax?
i love going out for coffee. there’s just something so comforting about sitting surrounded by loved ones and drinking a great cup of coffee.

2. where is your favorite place to be?
my nana’s house! when i’m back at home, you can usually find me curled up on her couch watching hours and hours of diners, drive ins and dives. and i wouldn’t want it any other way!

3. who do you consider your biggest role model?
audrey hepburn. she was so full of grace and kindness that i aspire to be more like her.

4. what does your life look like in three years?
hopefully j and i will be living closer to home. i’ll either have or will be working on my bachelor’s degree and maybe we’ll have adopted another pup! no actual babies yet though.

5. if you could go back and change one decision, what would it be?
nothing. i’m so happy with where i am in life and every decision i made brought me here.

6. what is your biggest accomplishment in life thus far?
j and i have created a home that we love and have the perfect little family. i’m so proud of the life we’ve made!

backyard bonfires with my boys ❀ if you know me, one of the best words to describe me is "busy". i spend my days constantly running from one activity to the next. even though i love all that i'm doing, it's still easy to feel burnt out. especially with the holiday season so quickly approaching, i'm making it my intention so slow down. take a few deep breaths. sit and listen to the rain. treat myself to a coffee at my favorite cafe. get to a yoga class. make time to be still.
you can't pour from an empty cup. how will you fill yours today? all i want to do is love on him but all he wants to do is hunt down the squirrels πŸ˜€
